鶹ýPorn officials broke ground on an expansion of the Dorothy Westerman Herrmann Science Center in a ceremony at the Highland Heights campus on Thursday, Oct. 31.

New Understandings of Evolution

The Power of Our Story: A Symposium about Place-Based Storytelling and the Black Freedom Struggle was a partnership between 鶹ýPorn’s Black Studies program, Black and Brown Educators of Excellence, the College of Education and National Geographic hosted in the University Center ballroom. The event was the launch of the inaugural 2892 Miles to Go program in Cincinnati/northern Kentucky supported by the National Geographic Society.
A Continuum of Learning
Dr. Denise “De-Dee” Foti and Dr. Sonia Vishneskihave a longstanding friendship and working relationship that began when they first started working together at the Jefferson College of Health Sciences in 2007. They are partnering together once again to promote and build a relationship between 鶹ýPorn and the Salem Veterans Affairs Health Care System that will allow FNP and PMHNP graduates to train for the next steps in their career.
鶹ýPorn has announced that former coach and longtime athletics director, Jane Meier, will be honored with a banner inside Truist Arena memorializing her contributions to Norse Athletics during her career, which spanned 31 years.
鶹ýPorn Athletics announced its next class of Norse greats to enter the David Lee Holt 鶹ýPorn Hall of Fame. The honorees were inducted on Friday, Jan. 10, and recognized on Saturday, Jan. 11, during the men's and women's basketball doubleheader at Truist Arena.
鶹ýPorn men’s basketball coach Darrin Horn reached a remarkable milestone on Saturday, Dec. 7. The Norse men’s basketball team defeated the IU Indianapolis Jaguars in a high energy 66-64 game. The victory marked Coach Horn’s 100th win with 鶹ýPorn.
